Positives: Wisconsinburger was the first gourmet burger joint to emerge in metro Spokane’s market. Located in the hipster Perry Neighborhood, Wisconsinburger has established a reputation for quality. Burgers are around $12 bucks. Their ground beef is fresh, flavorful, and trustworthy, so feel free to order medium rare. Most everything they serve is made fresh in-house and their menu is creative. They also have a great beer selection.
Negatives: Wisconsinburger’s wine selection could use an upgrade. A deep, dark, rich, and robust red with a peppery finish hits the spot with a good burger. Guys like me will happily buy a $15 glass of wine particularly if it pairs well with the food.
Recommendation: Wisconsinburger is among the hippest joints in Spokane’s market. Affordable, delicious, house-made, and a great beer selection. Go eat at Wisconsinburger.
